Lung Ching's Dragon Well is one of the top 10 Chinese green teas. The name comes from the name of Longjing village located near the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. Legend has it that the name was also derived from the swirling movement of the leaves while brewing, reminiscent of the Chinese Dragon's dance.
